Day 1: Pick-Up & Transfer to Your Hotel in Arusha
Meet an experienced guide in Tanzania for a quick briefing before being transferred from the airport to your hotel in Arusha. Enjoy a relaxed stay, a leisurely dinner, and prepare for the next day’s program.
Day 2: Transfer by Car to Lake Manyara, Afternoon Game Drive
Begin your journey to Lake Manyara National Park, known for its tree-climbing lions. The drive from Arusha to Lake Manyara takes about 2.5 hours. This park, located between the Great Rift Valley and Lake Manyara, covers 325 sq. km. It is famous for tree-climbing lions resting in acacia and sausage trees and large flocks of pink flamingos. In the afternoon, enjoy an exciting game drive and spot giraffes, buffaloes, elephants, antelopes, and various birds.
Day 3: Full-Day Game Viewing in Lake Manyara
After breakfast, set off for a morning game drive to spot early risers and add to your wildlife sightings. If water levels are high (June to October), enjoy an optional canoe ride on Lake Manyara, lasting 1.5 to 2 hours, to see aquatic species, birds, hippos, and more.
Day 4: Road Transfer from Lake Manyara to Serengeti
Depart Lake Manyara in a 4×4 safari vehicle, enjoying a game drive along the way before continuing to Serengeti, famous for its endless plains.
Day 5: Full-Day Wildlife Viewing in Serengeti National Park
Spend the day exploring Serengeti National Park. Encounter the Big Five and witness wildebeest herds. Serengeti is home to zebras, cheetahs, buffaloes, topis, leopards, lions, gazelles, elephants, hyenas, and bird species like the Swahili sparrow, Tanzanian red-billed hornbill, Rüppell’s vulture, Meyer’s parrot, and Southern ground hornbill.
Day 6: Sunrise Balloon Safari and Maasai Community Visit
Start the day with a sunrise balloon safari over the Serengeti, followed by a bush breakfast. Enjoy views of elephants, wildebeests, zebras, and the landscape. Later, visit the Maasai community, where you’ll experience their traditions, culture, and entertainment by Maasai warriors.
Day 7: Visit to Ngorongoro Crater, Afternoon Game Drive

Day 8: Morning Game Drive and Transfer to Tarangire
Begin the day with a final exploration in Ngorongoro Crater, looking for wildlife missed the previous day. Spot leopards, hyenas, cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, elands, waterbucks, and various birds. Afterward, travel to Tarangire National Park, known for its massive baobab trees and large elephant herds. Arrive early and check in at your safari lodge.
Day 9: Full-Day Game Viewing in Tarangire
Spend the day on a wildlife viewing excursion in Tarangire National Park. Spot leopards, elephants, elands, giraffes, Cape buffaloes, hartebeests, zebras, and various bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch before continuing your search for wildlife. Return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.
Day 10: Return to Arusha at Leisure
After breakfast, take a leisurely drive back to Arusha, about 3 to 4 hours. You will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport, marking the end of your Tanzanian safari.
