Pack your travel bag, bring your camera and binoculars, and get ready for a journey to Kenya’s famous holiday destinations: Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha. This tour offers relaxation, adventure, and beautiful landscapes. Starting and ending in Nairobi, the trip takes you about 164 km northwest to these scenic locations.
Each destination provides a unique experience. Lake Nakuru, one of the Rift Valley lakes, is located south of Nakuru in Kenya’s Rift Valley region. It attracts large numbers of pink flamingos due to its high concentration of algae, making it a popular attraction.
Lake Naivasha, located in Nakuru County northwest of Nairobi, spans about 140 sq. km in the Great Rift Valley. Look out for pink flamingos, hippos, and buffaloes. Activities include game drives, photography, and bird watching. A friendly and knowledgeable guide will be with you throughout the 3-day tour.
Day 1: Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park (164 km) – Evening Game Drive
