Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Head to Mara from Nairobi
Your driver-guide will pick you up from the agreed location in Nairobi, followed by a briefing. Then, transfer to the Masai Mara National Reserve, home to the Big Five and known as a prime location to witness the wildebeest migration. Enjoy a stop at the Rift Valley Viewing Point for photography before continuing to the reserve. Upon arrival, proceed with a game drive to begin the search for Masai Mara’s diverse wildlife.
Day 2: Full-Day Mara Exploration
Spend a full day in the Mara, participating in activities like game drives, a hot air balloon safari, and visiting the neighboring Maasai community. During the game drives, spot animals and birds such as flamingos, ibises, hornbills, vultures, hawks, egrets, eagles, crocodiles, hippos, leopards, waterbucks, bushbucks, kudu, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos, giraffes, zebras, and many more.
Experience an aerial view of the surroundings during the hot air balloon safari. On the community tour, learn more about the Maasai people, who are pastoralists relying on livestock. Day 3: Game Drive and Return to Nairobi
