Detailed Itinerary
Day1. Transfer to Aberdare National park from Nairobi
Meet and greet the driver guide assigned to you and immediately transfer to Aberdare national park from Nairobi, a journey that is a 4 hours drive. Depending on your arrival time, have lunch or proceed with a game drive in the park where you hope to meet animals like buffalos, elephants, lions, bushbucks, bush pigs, warthogs, reedbucks, serval cats, elands and more. Enjoy the scenic view and then head to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day2. Game drive and depart to Lake Nakuru NP
Have a morning game drive and enjoy the sunrise in the dense forest and open moorlands. Later head to Lake Nakuru national park known for the large numbers of flamingoes that brighten up the environment with their vibrant pink colors. Arrive and check in to the lodge booked, have lunch served and then embark on the evening game drive where you expect to meet animals like Rothschild Giraffes, Buffalos, Baboons, Impalas, waterbucks, hippos, colobus monkeys, hyenas and rhinos. Later after the drive, head back to the lodge for dinner.
Day3. Head to Masai Mara national reserve
Leave Nakuru national park and transfer to Masai Mara national reserve one of the largest protected areas in Kenya famous for the annual wildebeest migrations and also a home to the big five animals that roam in the endless plains. Arrive and head to the lodge for checking and then enjoy a game drive in the evening to spot animals like Lions, Cheetah, Elephant, Rhino, African Buffalo, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Zebra and more.
Day4. Explore Mara plains (game drives)
Spend a full day taking part in game drives with a planned picnic lunch stopover point. Be ready to meet lots of animals including the big five animals (lions, elephants, buffalo, rhinos, leopards), giraffes, zebras, warthogs, lesser kudu, crocodiles, cheetahs, jackals, impalas, bushbucks, elands, hartebeests and many more others. Don’t miss out on witnessing the annual wildebeest migration of millions of wildebeests together with thousands of zebras if it’s a month of migration (May to September). In the evening, head back to the lodge to share memories.
Day5. Transfer to Lake Naivasha
In the morning, check out and head to Lake Naivasha, another rewarding tourist destination, a journey that takes about 5 hours. Lake Naivasha is a freshwater lake in the rift valleys with great numbers of unique birds like herons, flamingoes, egrets, jacanas and others. Arrive and check in the lodge and lunch will be served followed by an evening game drive to enjoy the different birds and animals as you will return to the lodge for dinner.
Day6. Transfer to Amboseli National Park
Have a morning game drive in the park where you expect to meet mammals like buffalos, gazelles, giraffes, hippos, baboons, monkeys and more. Transfer to Amboseli national park, a great destination with a scenic view of Mt Kilimanjaro and the large number of elephants. Arrive and take a game drive watching over different animals like Crocodile, Mongoose, Hyrax, Dik-dik, Lesser Kudu, Leopard, Cheetah, Wild dogs, Buffalo, Elephant, Giraffe and many more. Head to the lodge for dinner.
Day7. Head back to Nairobi city
Have the last game drive on your safari in this park as you encounter nocturnals such as the lions, hyenas, cheetahs, leopards and more. After breakfast, head back to Nairobi city and be dropped at the airport to board your flight back home.
