1 Day City Tour Of Addis Ababa
Our Guide will pick you up at the airport on arrival. This safari will allow you experience the highlights of the city of Addis Ababa in one day. Preferably you will be picked from your hotel or airport in the morning to start this full day adventure. We shall start from the Merketo. This is a very big open air market in the city, the biggest in the city. At Enoto we shall have a chance to see the entire city. We shall have our lunch here and later head to St. George’s Cathedral. This cathedral is famous since it is a Rastafarian church from the 15th Century and they do pilgrimages here.

Ethnological Museum
This tour will take you the famous Ethnographic Museum right in the centre of Addis Ababa University. This is not the same as the National Museum but it will also give you a great experience with a lot of art works and many other collections from the history of the people of Ethiopia.
The National Museum of Ethiopia
This museum is home to the Lucy, also known as the Australopithecus progenitor of the Homo sapiens. This phenomenon is believed to have lived over 3 million years ago. The bones are well displayed in this museum for your examination.

This hotel was established in the year 1898 and is the oldest hotel in Ethiopia. You will have a variety of food choices to choose from here: From the Ethiopian Cuisines to the international and African cuisines. Mercato
In the afternoon probably after your lunch, you will visit the Merkato. This is regarded as the largest open air market in Africa. You will possibly find every commodity for sale here. You can also get a souvenir here. You will have a chance to interact with the locals as well.
Holy Trinity Cathedral
This is the best place for you to learn about the Orthodox community of Ethiopia and the religion here. This site is one of the most important in the Country. You will be awed by the architecture here and you will have a chance to see the tombs of the famous Emperor Haile Sillassie.
St. George’s Cathedral
This cathedral is the oldest of its kind in Ethiopia; you will have a chance to interact with the Rastafarian community as you admire the architectural wonders of this cathedral.
